Senior Classes – Engage Your Mind & Body!

Want a fun way to stay active without putting too much strain on your body?

Our Senior Fencing Classes are a great way to move, think, and connect. Whether you’re brand new to fencing or getting back into it after some time away, these classes are designed with older adults in mind, offering a supportive space to challenge yourself physically and mentally.

Fencing helps improve balance, coordination, focus, and mental agility – all in a relaxed, social setting. Led by experienced coaches, each session includes skill-building drills, safe footwork practice, and friendly bouts tailored to your ability level. It’s never too late to try something new and exciting!

AGES 50+

Houston Location – Tuesdays & Thursdays from 6–8 pm

Saturdays from 10 am–12 pm

(This class is designed for older adults of all experience levels. No prior fencing knowledge is required.)

What to wear:

Dress in comfortable athletic clothes and tennis shoes, and don’t forget a water bottle. We’ll take care of the rest!
