Two days earlier and also at the Junior Olympics, Thomas Dudey, 14, earned an A11 rating and finished seventh place at the national championship for Under-17 Men’s Foil. Thomas is “underage” for this category of competition as he is still eligible for 14-under events. Thomas is a freshman at Bellaire High School.Michael and Thomas, who are brothers, have trained at Space City Fencing Academy for the past nine years.
