This weekend, eight Space City fencers, three female and five male, traveled 750 miles to El Paso, Texas for the West Texas Duel RYC/RJCC Tournament. Our team brought home an impressive 15 podiums, including 3 Golds, 3 Silvers, 5 Bronzes, and 4 additional Top 8 finishes.
The men’s team was led by Caden Nuckles, who captured double Gold in the Cadet and Junior divisions. On the women’s side, Olia Chang earned a Silver in Juniors and a Bronze in Cadet, highlighting the depth of talent on our team.
